What happens after the visit.
Medication review
One medication list, checked across every prescriber and kept current.
Specialist coordination
We make the referral, read the note that comes back, and stay involved after you're seen.
Care between visits
If you manage two or more ongoing conditions, we check in monthly between appointments. Medicare covers it, and we'll explain the cost before you enroll.
Telehealth
Available to patients physically located in Idaho. Good for chronic disease follow-up, lab and imaging review, medication adjustments, preventive counseling, and straightforward acute problems.
New patients establish care in person so Dr. Hayton can complete a full exam; virtual visits follow from there. Chest pain, shortness of breath, neurologic symptoms, and severe abdominal pain always need to be seen in person.
Not sure whether your concern fits? Call (208) 247-4279 and ask. We'd rather answer the question before you schedule than have you guess. Most things that belong in primary care belong here.
Book a visit, or call and ask us anything.
New patients are welcome. We confirm your coverage and give you a cost estimate before you're seen — so there are no surprises.
