Self-pay, with set rates.
There is no missed-appointment fee. We just ask that you call if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Set self-pay rates and no surprise billing, with a courtesy discount when you pay in full at the time of service. Call and we'll walk through the fee schedule before you commit to anything.
Good Faith Estimate. If you're uninsured — or insured but not using it for a service — federal law gives you the right to a written estimate of expected charges. We provide one when you schedule and any time you ask; a question about cost counts as a request. If your final bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you may dispute it through the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.
